Practice 02 — Custom AI

Custom AI for the work you're tired of doing.

Three products in production already. A process for designing one specifically for your business. All built by people who actually run companies — not by people who just know how to wire up a language model.

Three things we've shipped — for real businesses.

For builders & agents

Handover Assistant

"What's that switch for? How do I clean the benchtop? Who do I call?"

A QR-code-based home concierge for new homeowners. After settlement, owners scan a code at their home to get instant answers about appliances, warranties, maintenance schedules, and the property itself — and a direct line to their builder when it actually matters.

What it replaces: Builders getting bombarded with the same handover questions for years after move-in. Agents losing hours explaining the same things to every new buyer.

Built first for our own development projects, now offered to other builders and agents who want their handover process to stop being a help desk.

Ceres Listing

"Same questions, hundred buyers, every weekend."

A property listing tool with a built-in AI assistant that answers buyer questions instantly — about the property, the area, schools, transport, the buying process, financing. Anything reasonable that a buyer might want to know.

What it replaces: Agents repeating themselves a hundred times every open inspection. Buyers waiting days for callbacks on questions that already have answers.

The agent sets up the listing once with all the property details — the AI handles the rest, instantly, twenty-four hours a day. Agents end up spending their time on buyers who are actually ready to move.

Custom workflow tools

"Printed forms, manual filing, the same phone call ten times a day."

Currently building for a luxury car hire operator: customers scan a QR code to handle pickup, return, condition reports, photo uploads, and signatures. Everything that used to be printed forms, phone tag, and manual filing now happens in 60 seconds on the customer's phone — and the operator gets it clean, archived, and searchable.

What it replaces: The customer service overhead of a service business that's grown beyond paper and spreadsheets but can't justify enterprise software.

Whatever the workflow looks like in your business, the pattern is similar: repetitive manual work becomes a single QR scan + smart flow + automatic archive. We can build similar workflows for any business with these symptoms.

Your workflow, fixed in four steps.

We're not here to sell you a license to software you can never get rid of. We build tools your team owns and runs. Most projects start small, ship fast, and prove value before anything bigger gets committed.

01 · CONVERSATION

Tell us where it hurts

A free 30-minute call. You describe the repetitive work that's eating your team's time. We listen carefully and ask uncomfortable questions.

Free · 30 minutes
02 · PROPOSAL

Scoped & priced

We come back with a focused proposal — what we'd build, what it would cost, how long it would take. Often we suggest starting smaller than you expected.

Within a week
03 · BUILD

Working prototype first

A working version your team can actually use, fast. We'd rather ship something useful in week three than something perfect in month six.

2 – 6 weeks typical
04 · ITERATE

Better over time

Your team starts using it. You spot more friction. We refine. The tool gets sharper the longer it lives in your business.

Ongoing

A few honest commitments.

You own what we build. Not licensed software you'd be locked into. We won't take a project we don't believe in. If your problem is genuinely better solved another way, we'll tell you. Pricing is transparent — fixed-fee for clear scopes, never billable hours guessing games.

Got a workflow worth fixing?

If your team spends real time on manual, repetitive work — answering the same questions, processing forms, chasing paperwork, copying data between systems — we'd like to hear about it. The first 30 minutes are free, and you'll leave with at least one useful idea even if we never work together.
